How to FTP to your site and upload files before your domain name propogates:

FTP into IP Address : 70.85.38.4

Then use the CPanel userid and password you received in a previous email. This will connect you to where you need to be to transfer files. Your index.html file needs to be put into the /public_html directory (which is where you should be once you ftp in).
